Cahill Appointed to the NCOIL Executive Committee

Albany, NY—Assemblyman Kevin Cahill (DUlster, Dutchess) has been selected to serve on the Executive Committee for the National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL). NCOIL is a non-profit agency founded in 1969 to promote sound insurance public policy, which is centered around model legislation. It offers state legislators a dynamic learning environment where they can discuss current insurance issues with both state and federal lawmakers, regulators, consumer advocates, and industry representatives.

“I am honored to be appointed to the Executive Committee of this prestigious national organization that facilitates dialogue, cooperation, and coordination among legislators from every state,” said Cahill. “I look forward to working with my colleagues across the country to improve the efficacy of insurance products and legislation throughout New York and the rest of the United States.”
